We have three exciting vacancies to join our growing team:

 

Role: Head of Programmes (full-time). Location: Preston, Lancashire.

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate leader to drive the strategic direction of our charity and social enterprise. The right candidate will have experience in both organisational and project management and in securing funding, and will have a keen social conscience, aligned with our aims and values.

Responsibilities & Role overview: Leading and managing teams delivering specialist and rehabilitation programmes, overseeing the coordination of support, employment and accommodation services. developing and implementing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of said programmes. Managing engagement in tender processes, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Role: Employer Engagement Manager (full-time). Team: Release Potential. Location: Preston, Lancashire.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, flexible and organised, and keen to use their skills to make a difference for individuals, businesses and communities alike through employment opportunities.

Responsibilities & Role overview: Leading on the identification, development and management of relationships with employer partners to generate employment opportunities for participants of our rehabilitation programmes. Employment is one of the biggest indicators in reducing reoffending risks and improving lifestyles, so this is an essential role for our work in changing lives. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, a good people person, and efficient and organised. They will lead the employment team and work closely with the wider rehabilitation team to motivate and support programme participants.

Role: Resourcer / Recruitment Coordinator (full-time). Team: Release Potential. Location: Preston, Lancashire.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, flexible and organised, and keen to use their skills to make a difference for individuals, businesses and communities alike through employment opportunities.

Responsibilities & Role overview: Working with new and established employer partners to generate opportunities for participants of our rehabilitation programmes. Employment is one of the biggest indicators in reducing reoffending risks and improving lifestyles, so this is an essential role for our work in changing lives. The successful candidate will be a good people person, able to interact with job-seekers and employers to motivate, empower and inspire. They will provide advocacy, advice and guidance for participants to secure and sustain meaningful, rewarding employment.
